SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Kushion Candles, we offer shipping to all locations within the United States. We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and on time. Standard shipping typically takes 5-14 business days, while we do not offer expedited shipping at the moment, please check back later for updates. We do not offer international shipping at the moment. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or costs, please feel free to contact us.

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. Please allow an additional 24 - 48 hours for processing during peak periods. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@kushioncandles.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have some restrictions on returns and exchanges.

Unused Candles:
We will gladly accept returns of unused candles within 7 days of purchase.
Candles must be in their original, unopened packaging.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned candle(s), we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original method of payment.
Damaged Candles:
If your candle arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately of receipt with photos of the damage.
We will ship you a replacement candle or issue a full refund at your discretion.
Used Candles:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used candles.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items are considered final sale.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kushioncandles.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label (for damaged items only) and instructions on how to return your candle(s). Please pack the candle(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent further damage during shipping.
