Shipping Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the weight of your order.

 

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5 - 14 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3 - 4 business days.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days. Please allow an additional 24 - 48 hours for processing during peak periods.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@kushioncandles.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

At Kushion Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have some restrictions on returns and exchanges.

Unused Candles:

We will gladly accept returns of unused candles within 7 days of purchase.
Candles must be in their original, unopened packaging.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned candle(s), we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original method of payment.

Damaged Candles:

If your candle arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately of receipt with photos of the damage.
We will ship you a replacement candle or issue a full refund at your discretion.

Used Candles:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used candles.
Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kushioncandles.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label (for damaged items only) and instructions on how to return your candle(s). Please pack the candle(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent further damage during shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information that is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Most carriers will leave a notice if you are not home when your order is delivered. You can then contact the carrier to arrange a redelivery.

 

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for items that are unused and undamaged with labels still attached within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@kushioncandles.com to initiate a return.

How to use a hanging car diffuser:

• Unscrew the lid or stopper.
• Remove the inner plug (if there is one).
• Invert the diffuser for a few seconds to saturate the lid or disc.
• Adjust the hanging cord to your desired length.
• Hang the diffuser from your rearview mirror or another location in your car.

Tips for using a hanging car diffuser:

• Don't oversaturate the lid or disc, as this can cause the fragrance to be too strong.
• If you find the scent is too strong, you can remove the diffuser for a while or flip the lid over to the un-scented side.
• Be sure to hang the diffuser in a location where it will not swing or block your view while driving.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
