Damaged or Lost Shipments

Unused Candles:
We will gladly accept returns of unused candles within 7 days of purchase.
Candles must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned candle(s), we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original method of payment.
Damaged Candles:If your candle arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately of receipt with photos of the damage.
We will ship you a replacement candle or issue a full refund at your discretion.
Used Candles:Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used candles.
Non-Returnable Items:Sale items are considered final sale.

We will provide you with a return shipping label (for damaged items only) and instructions on how to return your candle(s). Please pack the candle(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) to prevent further damage during shipping.
